Flex PassOur 2012 - 2013 UAA Theatre & Dance season will consist of six fantastic productions. Things are changing in the UAA Theatre & Dance Department! In the best interest of our theatre patrons and subscribers we are creating greater flexibility to enjoy the season. First, we are phasing out reserved seating, all shows are now general admission. Our hope is this will create a more intimate atmosphere and allow everyone the opportunity to enjoy the show in prime seating. Second, we will no longer offer season subscriptions, the Theatre & Dance Flex Pass will take its place. The Flex Pass allows you to see shows when it is convenient for you. We in the UAA Theatre & Dance Department are excited about these new changes and hope it will offer you more opportunities to watch the shows you love and share them with your friends. The Flex Pass is a pre-paid admission card, which saves you per show over the single ticket prices -- Flex Pass $80 (4 theatre shows & 2 dance shows) versus regular admission prices $97. Flex Passes can be used for Theatre and Dance productions only and do not apply for special events. Each Flex Pass consists of 4 Theatre events & 2 Dance events, should you desire to use the Dance event to see a Theatre event there is a small $5.00 conversion fee for each punch. The Flex Pass allows you to use your tickets however you wish, can be purchased at www.UAAtix.com, and can be redeemed for tickets by calling the UAA Fine Arts Box Office (786-4849). Season brochures will be mailed out in June. If you have questions about season tickets, or would like to sign up for our brochure mailing list, please contact our Box Office Manager at 786-4841 or spwonchala@uaa.alaska.edu. An order form (pdf) is available if you would like to print and mail your subscription. Please do NOT fax or e-mail any credit card information. The UAA Fine Arts Box Office is located in the Fine Arts Building, Room 118 (inside the front entrance). The Box Office is closed during the summer and will reopen in September.
