USUAA Government RelationsUSUAA hires a student to serve as the Government Relations Director. This student serves as a representative for all UAA students and USUAA entities on local and state legislative issues. It is the primary purpose of the Government Relations Director to provide UAA students with information and opportunities to become aware and involved in the municipal and state governing process. The Government Relations Director also leads the USUAA Legislative Advocacy Team and is a non-voting member of USUAA Legislative Affairs committee. Juneau Legislative Advocacy TeamPurpose 2012 Juneau Advocacy Team will meet with Legislators February 4th - 7th. |
