The Engineering Management and Science Management curriculum is designed for graduate engineers and scientists who aspire to hold executive or managerial positions in technology-oriented organizations. The Engineering and Science Management Program at UAA offers two Master of Science degrees:
- Master of Science, Science Management
- Master of Science, Engineering Management
ESM graduates hold leadership positions in the area of energy resource, green engineering, service operations, financial engineering, innovation design, healthcare, construction, oil & gas, mining, intelligent transportation, healthcare, information technology, education, military and government sectors.

ESM Student Shawn Takak Featured In The Green and Gold!
Shawn Takak, a B.S. Engineering graduate has been to chosen to be featured in the Green and Gold Alumni Profile column. Shawn received his Engineering degree in the year 2009 and is now pursuing a graduate level degree with the Engineering & Science Management program. He has been greatly involved in the ANSEP program and in a graduate research study with Dr. Muhammad Ali of the School of Engineering.
