Gavin has over 15 years of comprehensive experience in healthcare simulation across various sectors. Since 2006, he has been a driving force in designing, developing, and implementing simulation methodologies across diverse institutions, including hospitals, the US military, regional disaster simulations, and higher education institutions. His extensive expertise spans leadership roles, where he has led the charge in advancing simulation techniques for enhanced patient safety and improved clinical outcomes.

Gavin has worked as a consultant and sought-after speaker at national conferences, advocating for the adoption of simulation in education, simulation leadership, teamwork, and patient safety within healthcare.
