Lisa brings a unique blend of 10 years of training and education experience alongside a distinguished 15-year career in Emergency Medical Services (EMS). Lisa's expertise spans program development, simulation, classroom instruction, and significant leadership roles within the EMS sector.

Lisa leverages her diverse background to foster collaboration and innovation within the University of Alaska Anchorage's Simulation Network. Her vision includes creating dynamic, immersive simulation experiences that bridge the gap between theory and practice, enriching the learning journey for students and professionals within the healthcare field.  

She remains committed to advancing healthcare education and simulation within UAA, integrating her wealth of EMS knowledge and educational expertise to shape a robust and responsive learning environment. Her dedication to merging practical experience with academic principles continues to impact the next generation of healthcare professionals significantly.
