Registration

Registration is open to any employee within the University of Alaska system.  All invitations will be sent out by e-mail so if you would like to attend and have not received an e-mail invitation, please contact Steve Hinds at sphinds@uaa.alaska.edu.

Online Registration
  • Opens - Monday, April 22, 2013
  • Closes - Tuesday, May 7, 2013

Note:  If you do not wish to attend any of the workshops but plan to attend lunch, please register for one of the lunches.  Remember to pick-up your name tag so that you are able to attend your lunch session.  You can pick-up your name tag during the morning or late registration.

 

Registration Day of Event - May 14, 2013

  • Morning Check-In
    • Time - 7:45-8:20 a.m.
    • Location - Front of Wendy Williamson Auditorium Main Entrance
  • Late Registration
    • Time - Following the Opening Ceremony - 9:45-10:10 a.m.
    • Location: Front of Wendy Williamson Auditorium Main Entrance then moving to Rasmuson Hall (RH) Lobby by 10:15 a.m.

Note: For those who have not registered for workshops, please be aware that Room Hosts will be checking in attendees.  They will advise those who are not signed up if there are available space in the workshops.
