Taking your team to new heights

The Enhancing Leadership Series Module, Taking your Team to New Heights, will be delivered on Friday, Feb. 22 from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. This is the 5th module of the series. You may join us even if you have not taken the first four. We will be examining team dynamics, identifying your individual team style, your employees' roles within the team and how they interact in the team. Will Jacobs, Professor Emeritus, will be our guest speaker. As every team needs a mission and goals, Professor Jacobs will review team UAA's mission and take us through UAA's strategic plan, UAA 2017.
