Club Council is an official branch of USUAA and the governing body for all student clubs at UAA. Club Council promotes student interaction and involvement, registers student clubs, assist clubs with events and activities, and allocates funds to registered student clubs. Business of Club Council is guided by Robert’s Rules of Order and is in accordance with the USUAA Constitution. Club Council meetings take place on FRIDAYS (see dates listed below). All meetings begin at 1:00pm in the Student Union South Cafeteria (unless otherwise noted) and are open to the
Club Council meetings begin with an open forum to allow individuals, clubs, departments, non-profits, businesses, etc. to promote their upcoming events and opportunities. If you would like to speak at a meeting or submit an item to the agenda, please send your request to email@example.com . All agenda and open forum requests must be submitted by noon the Wednesday prior to any scheduled meeting. If there is a compelling reason preventing all members of a student club from attending the Club Council meetings, the club may submit an attendance waiver to firstname.lastname@example.org.
