Trouble Accessing Banner?

Banner users may find that they are unable to launch banner after the recent upgrade. The most common cause of this is the presence of browser toolbars such as Google Toolbar, Yahoo Toolbar, Windows Live Toolbar and others. Information Technology Services recommends banner users remove all browser toolbars from their computers via the Add or Remove Programs area in the Windows control panel.
