Spring 2009: Come to the "watch party" for the Seawolf women at Elite Eight

The nationally ranked #2 women's basketball team earned a spot in the Elite Eight last week with their 54-43 victory over Seattle Pacific University. This week, the team will be in San Antonio, Texas for the NCAA Division II Elite Eight national championships on March 24-25 and 27.

The Seawolves' next match-up is against Clayton State (Ga.) today, March 24. There will be a watch party in the Student Union Cafeteria with light refreshments available at 11 a.m. (Alaska Time) to watch the game with your fellow Seawolves fans and cheer them to victory!

The game will be broadcast live on Cable Channel 19 (KCFT). The game will re-air that evening at 7 p.m. on Channel 19.

For those not able to attend the watch party, the game will also be streamed live on the NCAA Web site. It can also be heard on AM-1080 KUDO live in Anchorage or via Web stream at www.goseawolves.com.
