FY12 Future Year Banner requisition entry instructions available online

Since actual budgets will not be available until after July 1, UA Statewide Financial Systems has loaded temporary budgets to allow completion of requisitions in preparation for purchases for the next fiscal year.

Visit www.uaa.alaska.edu/procurement for instructions on how to enter requisitions for unrestricted and auxiliary funds for FY11 prior to July 1.

When the actual FY12 budget is loaded in July, these funds will automatically be encumbered into the designated account. After July 1, regular requisition entry procedure will apply.
