New director for GSS selected

UAA Business Services is pleased to announce the selection of Kim Stanford as director of General Support Services (GSS). Stanford has over 20 years of experience in both academic and administrative services departments at UAA, and comes to GSS from the Department of Theatre and Dance. She recently completed a B.B.A in Management, and has held leadership roles on numerous campus councils and committees.

As director of GSS, Stanford will oversee the Copy and Print Center, Seawolf Postal Express and UAA surplus and office-relocation services. Stanford joined the Business Services team on Aug. 15 and replaces Bob McDonnell, who was promoted to director of UAA Business Services effective July 1. General Support Services is located in the lower-level of the UAA Campus Bookstore; information about GSS may be found on their website.
