6th annual Ton in Ten Peanut Butter and Jelly Drive, Nov. 7-17

The Human Services Club in conjunction with HUMS A390 is hosting this year's 10-day
peanut butter and jelly drive. Using our new black barrels, peanut butter and jelly
will be sent directly to the organizations in need. Last year we collected 2,575 pounds
and donated it to the UAA Student Health and Counseling Center's Emergency Food Cache,
UAA Commons, Anchorage Gospel Rescue Mission, AWAIC, Vets Helping Vets and the Emmonak
Women's Shelter (thanks to the donation of some free shipping). Look for the black
barrels around campus and help your favorite department win the coveted Peanut Butter
Cup!
Come sample some free peanut butter and jelly sandwiches in the Wells Fargo Sports Complex on Nov. 8 from 11:30 a.m. until stocks are depleted!
