The 2011 Alaska Invasive Species Conference (Oct. 19-21) is offering a free public lecture, "Herbicide Considerations in Invasive
Plants Management," delivered by Richard Lee of the Bureau of Land Management. All
are welcome to attend on Tuesday, Oct. 18.
There is also an educator workshop from 12:30-4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 18. Free
for formal and informal educators. Please see the conference brochure for details.
