Student Union, Room 103
The Dean of Students Office invites faculty and staff to this presentation, which focuses on the multifaceted
approach used in the male retention program entitled "Project M.A.R.C.H." at North
Carolina A&T University. The approach is designed to address both the academic and
social needs of this special population, including intensive advising, academic monitoring,
tutorial sessions, student development workshops, intramural sports participation
and socio-political engagements, as well as the assessment of student learning outcomes,
program objectives and the program's effectiveness in the retention and persistence
of the population.
