Minor, Nutrition

Program Description

Students majoring in another discipline who wish to minor in nutrition must complete the following requirements. A Minor in Nutrition will act as a supplement to other fields of study and the application of knowledge to target populations and systems.

Declaration of a Minor

Students pursing a baccalaureate degree may declare a nutrition minor by using the online form provided on the Registrar's Office webpage.

 *Other courses may be counted toward the minor with written approval of an advisor in the dietetics and nutrition program (e.g. CA A490 and DN A490).
 

A minimum of 18 credits is required for the minor, of which 6 must be upper-division.
