In response to the COVID-19 global pandemic, the University of Alaska Anchorage has taken steps to protect the health and safety of our campus community. Budget Office

The Budget Office is responsible for the following functions:

  • Bank depository and general ledger reconciliations
  • Labor reallocations
  • Journal Vouchers
  • Cost center duties
  • Reporting duties for the State of Alaska gaming permit for UAA and community campuses
  • Management reporting
  • Allocate and monitor annual operating budget for UAA and community campuses
  • Agency account maintenance (student government, student clubs and athletic booster accounts)
