Due to unsafe road conditions for Anchorage and surrounding areas, UAA’s Anchorage campus will be on a delayed start today, Thursday, Dec. 4. Campus will open at 10 a.m. to allow for safer travel.

Names of the activity or event coordinators. Those responsible to get people to the shoot.

Email addresses.

Date and time of the photo shoot. Plus available time prior to shoot to scout out the location.

Location or place of the event - building, room number, etc.

For example, why are we photographing this activity, event, person or these people?

If the photograph is to be used for a publication, please name it here.

When are the photographs needed by?

Any other clarifying information.

 

!! – If possible for group photo sessions please try to obtain signed media release forms prior to the event. To use photos for marketing purposes media releases are needed.
