Online Learning Council
Purpose
The UAA Online Learning Council (OLC) is the institutional body at the University of Alaska Anchorage charged with online education planning, policy initiation, oversight, and guidance in the following areas of online education: program identification; student services and support; faculty support and development; program marketing; recruitment and admission; and internal communication regarding online education at UAA.

The OLC was initially tasked with meeting monthly to address critical needs identified in the 2022 UAA Online Education Strategic Plan. Upon completion of these tasks, the Council has moved to convening on an as-needed basis.
