Alaska Anthropological Association wants your papers

Anthropology, History, Alaska Native Languages and other students are invited to present in the student Symposium of the Alaska Anthropological Association Meeting that will take place in Fairbanks, March 14 to 17. The sessions creates a friendly atmosphere for undergraduate and graduate students to present their research and get valuable feedback while networking and making professional connections. To participate submit a 100 word abstract of your research by Jan. 15 to Natalia Slobodina at asnss6@uaa.alaska.edu.

Students are also encouraged to present their research in a poster format. If you have any questions, call 350.6306. The Anthropology Club will be helping Anchorage students with transportation and lodging in Fairbanks. Information on the conference can be found at http://www.alaskaanthropology.org. Register by Feb. 21 to get a reduced rate.
