Young Voter News

As the dust settles from the 2006 elections, one thing is clear: young voters made
their voices heard loudly and clearly on Election Day 2006. For the second election
in a row, young voter turnout grew as 2 million more 18-29 year olds flocked to the
polls than had in the previous midterm election. As we look to how this large and
diverse electorate will impact the 2008 elections, YVS will continue to provide an
insider's update of the latest young voter polls, research, campaign outreach, field
activities, and political analyses. For more information, visit www.youngvoterstrategies.org
