General honors UAA Military Programs staffer

UAA Military Programs staffer Matty Wilson was honored for her service to the military community by General Peter Pace, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff during his recent visit to Elmendorf Air Force Base. Wilson, active in a number of programs for military spouses and dependants on base, was presented with a Joint Chiefs Coin in recognition of her work. Coins are presented to military members for outstanding service by commanders throughout the military and are highly prized. A Joint Chiefs coin is truly a rare honor especially for a spouse. UAA Military Programs joins General Pace in congratulating Wilson for her outstanding service.
