Paul Rose is a true global adventurer and will be speaking at the UAA bookstore Feb. 13 from 5 to 7 p.m. Besides being the former Vice President of Expeditions and Fieldwork Division at the Royal Geographic Society, he has been the recipient of numerous medals including the Queen's Polar Medal and the US Navy Polar Medal. Today, Paul Rose is recognized throughout the world as the host of the BBC series "Take one Museum" and "Meltdown - A Global Warming Journal with Paul Rose." His new series on BBC is called "Voyages of Discovery."
