Small Business Seminar

The Small Business Innovation Research Information Seminar is being offered on Feb. 15 from 10 a.m. to noon at the Anchorage Small Business Development Center, 430 W. 7th Ave. Learn about a competitive federal small business program that offeres grants for developing innovative technologies. Technical topics are identified by twelve federal agencies and companies are invited to compete for funding by submitting proposals addressing needs detailed in that agencies solicitation. Research areas commonly funded include Communications, Security, Electronics, Robotics, Life Sciences, Software, Health Sciences, Education, Energy and Agriculture.
