Alaska Collaborative Leadership Series

These workshops focus on collaborative ways to make decisions on public and community issues. April 25-26: Public Participation in Community Decision Making
This workshop reviews various public participation structures and considers how power and coalitions are used to affect public decisions, describes opportunities for tribes to become cooperating agencies and provides participants with applied tools through the use of techniques and guides to effectively plan a public participation process.
