Psychology Department Colloquia

The Psychology Department faculty invites you to join them for a series of six colloquia during which individual members will speak about their current research projects. The presentations, followed by questions and discussion, will take place on Fridays from noon to 1 p.m. in SSB 224.

The calendar includes:
  1. March 9: Dr. Robert Boeckmann "Attachment Style, Approaches to Conflict, and Perceptions of Relationship Fairness"
  2. March 30: Dr. John Petraitis "Sex, Drugs, and Evolutionary Risk"
  3. April 13th: Dr. Claudia Lampman "Contrapower Harassment: Results of a Survey of UAA Faculty about their Experiences with Student Harassment"
  4. April 20th: Alice Smith (et. al) "Correlates of Alaska Native Identity: Implications for Cultural Practice and Self-Worth"
  5. April 27th: Markie L.C. Blumer, MFT "Experiences of Gay Male Couples in the Alaskan Community"
