Order ACS Phone Books with IT Services

It is time once again to place your order with IT for the new ACS yellow and white page telephone books. Please indicate the number of both white pages and yellow pages for your department.
When providing your information, please include the following:

• Department Name
• Contact Person and Phone Number
• Building Name
• Quantity of each directory (Yellow and White)

If you have sub-departments within your department, please list those as well being sure to include the same above information so they can be delivered. Please respond via e-mail to audrey.malone@uaa.alaska.edu as soon as possible, no later than June 15, 2007. Recycling information for old phone books will be forthcoming.
