Friday:
One of the early season tournaments in the nation, the Nye Frontier Classic, once
again showcases some of the most successful programs in college hockey. Historically
the Nye Frontier Classic has matched teams from the east coast against the west. The
hosting Seawolves are defending after claiming their third title in four years and
fifth overall in 2006. Be sure to stop by the Alumni Association table in the Sullivan
Arena to get your Spirit Stick Balloons.
Saturday:
The Nye Frontier Classic continues but first it is Tailgate Time! Join the UAA Alumni
Association for the annual Tailgate Party from 5 to 7 p.m. in the Sullivan Arena parking
lot. Live music by Soulman Sam and the Soul Providers, hot dogs, a chance to win round
trip tickets on Alaska Airlines and Shoot Out all tourney passes, will be there (must
