Native science expert Merculieff gives talk at noon today

Larry Merculieff, deputy director of the Alaska Native Science Commission, will give a presentation at noon today, Oct. 26, titled "Alaska Native Worldviews and Biocomplexity." Merculieff, who has been a leader in numerous science and conservation organizations, will discuss how indigenous ways of knowing can contribute much toward the understanding of ecosystem complexities. In UAA/APU Consortium Library Room 307. Free and open to the public.
