CTC hires strategic enrollment management coordinator

The UAA's Community and Technical College (CTC) recently hired Katherine Bilton as the college's strategic enrollment management coordinator. Bilton will focus on recruitment, retention and placement, providing a valuable connection between students, faculty and campus services during a student's progression from initial recruitment and beyond graduation.
