UAA/APU Consortium Library, Room 307

The Center for Advancing Faculty Excellence invites you to take part in a public debate and discussion, "Should the State of Alaska permit the development of Pebble Mine?" Come hear the award-winning Seawolf Debate Team lay out the issues on this important topic. A panel of faculty respondents will be available to take questions and provide comments, and a public discussion will follow the debate. This event is part of a series of debates sponsored by UAA since 2003 to provide forums for Alaskans to participate in discussions of politics and issues affecting their future. For more information call (907) 786-4605.
