11th Annual German Day

The 11th Annual German Day will be held on campus today from 8 a.m.-1 p.m. The festivities will start in ARTS 150 and end at Creekside Cafeteria in the Edward Lee Gorsuch Commons. This year's participants are Bartlett, Chugiak, Dimond, Eagle River, East Anchorage, Service and South Anchorage high schools. 120 advanced level German students and their teachers will enjoy a program that has been prepared by the German program of the Department of Languages.
The Annual German Day is a recruitment effort as well as an important collaboration between the German teachers in ASD and the German Program at UAA.
