Robert J. Serling presents "Character and Characters: The Spirit of Alaska Airlines"
at the UAA Campus Bookstore. According to Bonnie J. Dunbar, Ph.D., National Academy
of Engineers president and CEO, The Museum of Flight and former NASA astronaut: "'Character
and Characters' captures aviation history in Alaska for those who love the flying
machines, and, more importantly, it captures the spirit of Alaska Airlines for those
who admire the people. History is made by individuals who are inspired to change their
world. This they did--with courage, vision, dogged commitment and compassion." Everyone
is invited to attend this event and congratulate Robert J. Serling on the publication
of "Character and Characters."
This event is sponsored by the UAA Logistics Department and the UAA Campus Bookstore. For more information contact Rachel Epstein at (907) 786-4782.
