FY09 Facilities Maintenance and Operations billable work order rate

Effective July 1, 2008, Facilities billable rates will increase 5 percent. This is the first increase in 5 years.

The new rates are as follows:

  • Shuttle and Custodial: $32.00 per hour
  • Landscaping: $38.00 per hour
  • Auto and Inventory: $47.00 per hour
  • Building Maintenance: $53.00 per hour
  • HVAC/Plumbing/BAS: $58.00 per hour
  • Electric: $68.00 per hour
