New customer service model at the UAA One Stop Center

The One Stop Center at University Center invites you to experience a new customer service model. Instead of standing in line to simply drop off a form or pick up a transcript, students can now use the "Express" line to get in and out of the UC quickly.

Students requiring more in-depth assistance can sign in at the front counter and enjoy other services at the One Stop Center such as watching the news on the large HD TV, reading magazines or conducting online activities on one of the 12 student computers while waiting for a Student Information Advisor to assist them. The average wait time is about 7 minutes and Student Information Advisors are equipped to help you with registration, financial aid, admission, residency and many other student services.

Other services available at the One Stop Center are the drop box, after-hours self-serve stations and two resource boards stocked with information related to financial assistance and information from other departments campus-wide. Come on! Check us out!
