UAA debuts new Spirit mascot

This past week the new "Spirit" made his first official on-campus appearances at
the Faculty and Staff Convocation and at Campus Kick-Off. This new and exciting Spirit
will replace the furry, wolf-like mascot that you've seen at athletic events and around
campus in the past. The new Spirit, designed by Street Characters, is a muscular,
green and gold
Seawolf.
The old Spirit sends his best from a warm and sunny, undisclosed retirement location.
