The UAA Cross Country Team presents "The Spirit of the Marathon," an award winning documentary by John Dunham, on Thursday at 7 p.m. in Fine Arts, room 150 as a fund raiser for the team.
The film shows the challenges every athlete faces, recreational and elite, as they prepare to run the Chicago Marathon. Click here to view the trailer on YouTube.
Tickets are $5 at the door. Seating begins at 6 p.m. and the film begins at 7 p.m. and runs 144 minutes.
