Arliss Sturgulewski presents, "Alaska: Where We Are Going and Where We Have Been"

by Kathleen McCoy  |

Monday, Oct. 13, 5-7 p.m.
Campus Bookstore

Arliss Sturgulewski is a great figure in Alaskan politics. She was elected to the Alaska State Senate from 1978-1992 and was the Republican candidate for governor twice. She has been a trustee for the University of Alaska Foundation and on the Advisory Council for the University of Alaska School of Fisheries and Ocean Sciences, not to mention other statewide boards and commissions.

We are honored to have Arliss Sturgulewski with us to share her views about Alaska and offer her insight into what challenges Alaskans will face in the future.
