Check out the new Undergraduate Research Database

by Kathleen McCoy  |

UAA faculty and undergraduate students are engaged in a diverse number of research projects. The Undergraduate Research Project Management System was created to facilitate the exchange of ideas among faculty and students.

The system is a public, online database of faculty research projects that involve undergraduates as part of the research team. It is intended both to inform students, colleagues, and the community about UAA's undergraduate research projects, and to build support for more initiatives in this area.

Students: check out current projects and contact faculty about becoming involved. Faculty: To upload your own projects just use the login button on the left. The Office of Undergraduate Research and Scholarship has many upcoming undergraduate research grant deadlines, so check out the opportunities and use the database to help you learn about undergraduate research currently being done at UAA.

If you have questions, please contact Kenrick Mock (afkjm@uaa.alaska.edu), Diane Hirshberg (afdbh1@uaa.alaska.edu) or Eric Murphy (afesm@uaa.alaska.edu).
