Obama vs. McCain: student debate, faculty panel and public discussion tonight

Please join the Center for Advancing Faculty Excellence and the UAA/APU Engaging Controversy Project this evening for a student debate, faculty forum and public discussion on the topic, "Obama vs. McCain: Who is the best choice to become the next President of the U.S.?"

This event will feature the international, award-winning UAA Speech and Debate Team, a faculty panel including Steve Colt (Institute of Social & Economic Research, Economics, Environmental Studies), Paul Johnson (Economics), Kimberly Pace (Political Science) and Larry Weiss (Public Health). The event culminates with facilitated public discussion.
