The UAA Campus Bookstore presents retired Alaska Superior Court Judge Victor Carlson and author Courtney Larsen to discuss their views on democracy in Alaska today. Dr. Sharon Chamard of the UAA Justice Center will act as moderator. Judge Victor Carlson is known by many for his work in with the Public Defenders Offices in Alaska. Courtney Larsen is author of the book The Alaska Supreme Court: Supreme Judges or Supreme Legislators.
