The UAA/APU Consortium Library is conducting an online survey (LibQual) of all students, faculty and staff on the quality of service provided by the library. Survey respondents provide essential information to the Consortium Library to use to better meet the needs of users. Your help is greatly appreciated and you could win a great prize in return!
UAA/APU students, faculty and staff may take the survey Nov. 3-21. It takes about 10 minutes to complete. All responses are confidential.
A variety of prizes will be awarded to survey takers. To win, complete the survey and enter your UAA or APU e-mail address at the end of the survey. Winners will be selected by a drawing at the end of the survey period. Prizes include an iTouch, iPod shuffles and a semester parking pass.
