Deadline extended for 2009 Legislative Advocacy Team

New deadline to apply: Friday, Jan. 9, 2009
The USUAA Legislative Advocacy Team has extended the application deadline for students who want to travel to Juneau and help voice the concerns of students to our legislators. The new deadline is Jan. 9, 2009.
Student advocacy trips are a great opportunity for students and are crucial to getting full funding for UAA as well as securing new grants and scholarship programs.
Applications can be picked up at the Student Government office in room 201 of the Student Union Building or downloaded from the USUAA website at www.uaa.alaska.edu/unionofstudents.
