English Dept. new digs underway

Work is ongoing in the Administration Building to prepare new space for the English Department when they relocate in May. The new space will include a Media Center in addition to offices for staff, faculty, adjuncts and visitor groups. Students will have access to lounge/study areas throughout the suite.

The design uses sustainable, green practices for interior renovation projects, including lighting quality and energy efficiency, demountable architectural walls, maximum daylighting, ergonomic furniture manufactured from recycled materials and niches for recycle areas.
