Important graduation information

The Office of the Registrar announces that final degree audits will be done for all pending graduates once semester grades are submitted. If the student has met all requirements by the last day of the semester, the certificate or degree is awarded.
Final degree checks are done in random order; students with special circumstances that require an immediate degree posting should work with their department for special consideration. After all degrees are posted (6-8 weeks), diplomas are printed.
Students will be notified through their UA student e-mail account when your diploma is ready to be picked up at One Stop Student Services in the University Center, 3901 Old Seward Hwy., Suite 106, Anchorage, Alaska.
