Community forum on the future Alaska Native corporations tonight

UAA/APU Books of the Year will host a community forum on the future of Alaska Native corporations on Wednesday, Jan. 28 from 7-9 p.m. in the Consortium Library, Room 307.

Three speakers will address resource development, balancing shareholder needs and the challenges and opportunities facing Alaska Native corporations. They are Margie Brown, president and CEO of Cook Inlet Region Inc., Dr. Gordon Puller, director of the UAF Department of Native and Rural Development, and Paul Ongtooguk, assistant professor in the College of Education.
