Slippery spring sidewalks call for Spikies

Dear Campus Community:
As Spring nears, the freeze-thaw season is upon us. The Campus Response Team (CRT) would like to remind everyone that it is especially important to be aware of the conditions outdoors. It's a great time to wear your Spikies! Spring breakup and refreezing melt-off can result in slippery sidewalks and parking lots. If you notice a particularly icy spot, please call Facilities Dispatch at (907) 786-6980. Also, trashcans of sand are located in the entryway of every building, so please feel free to sand the sidewalks if you notice an icy spot. Have a safe spring semester!
