Spring 2009: Documentary: 'Eating Alaska'

This is Public Health Week, and in honor of that occasion, the Dept. of Health Sciences will sponsor the showing of the film, Eating Alaska. The documentary by Ellen Frankenstein explores the path followed by a vegetarian who moves to Alaska and marries a commercial fisherman and deer hunter.
