Attention UAA Staff & Faculty:
If you receive an e-mail claiming to be from UPS or FedEx, stating you've missed a package delivery, DO NOT PRINT OUT THE INCLUDED INVOICE. The e-mail will specifically ask you to download and print the included shipping invoice. Do not follow those instructions.
This e-mail is a malicious virus which is activated by downloading and opening the included document. This is not a legitimate UPS or FedEx e-mail. Please delete it immediately.
More information can be found at http://www.snopes.com/computer/virus/ups.asp, or by contacting the IT Services Call Center at (907) 786-4646 with any questions.
