IT Services Call Center announces new menu option for Faculty/Student online evaluations

Beginning today, Oct. 15, a new menu option will be introduced when dialing the IT Call Center at (907) 786-4646. Option 6 was created to provide faster response for individuals calling for support related to UAA's Faculty/Student online evaluation tool, IDEA.
If you are unable to give us a call you can e-mail your requests directly to ayidea@uaa.alaska.edu and IT will respond the next business day. A technician will be available Monday thru Friday, 8 a.m.- 5 p.m., (907) 786-4646, Option 6, or toll-free (877) 633-3888, Option 6.
